As a proactive and organized Personal Assistant, your role will be to support the Marketing Head in ensuring smooth workflow in the Marketing Department. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the calendar, appointments, and meetings - Coordinating travel and logistics - Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting notes - Screening emails and calls, and responding on behalf of the Marketing Head - Tracking key deadlines and project milestones - Maintaining confidentiality and effectively prioritizing tasks Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree (preferred in Marketing/Business Admin) - 2+ years of experience as an executive or personal assistant - Excellent communication and time-management skills - Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace - Discretion and trustworthiness are essential Preferred skills for this position include familiarity with marketing tools and basic knowledge of marketing terminology and processes.
