Job Overview:

We are looking for a professional and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in day-to-day operations and executive tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and set reminders.
• Organize travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Handle emails, calls, and other communication on behalf of the MD.
• Take meeting notes and follow up to ensure tasks are completed.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and professional documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and business partners.
• Support the MD with day-to-day tasks to keep operations smooth.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication — both spoken and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize well.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Friendly, professional, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience as a PA or Executive Assistant is preferred.
