We are seeking a highly organized and tech‑savvy Personal Assistant to support our Executive Director. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Coordinate tasks and ensure timely follow‑ups
  • Handle emails, calls, and official communication
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director

Requirements

  • 1s – 2 years of experience in an assistant/coordination role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with basic tech tools (emails, scheduling apps, MS Office/Google Suite)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
