Job Description:

The Personal Assistant should support the Academic Head in all administrative and academic tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the department. The PA acts as a key link between the Academic Head, teachers, and administrative teams, ensuring timely execution of academic and administrative tasks with confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Academic Head’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, circulars, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain academic and administrative records.
  • Coordinate with teachers and staff for academic activities and requirements.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all official information.

Requirements and skills:

  • Bachelors degree preferably in with administrative experience in education
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good Knowledge on using AI
  • Prior experience as a PA, Secretary, or Administrative Assistant (preferably in an academic environment).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
