What Youll Do

Manage the Medical Superintendents calendar, meetings, and travel.Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations.Coordinate across hospital departments, staff, and external stakeholders.Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and track action points.Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Support audits, inspections, and hospital quality initiatives.

What Were Looking For

• Graduate in any discipline (Business/Hospital Administration preferred, but open to all).
• 13 years of experience as PA/EA, admin, or coordination role (healthcare/corporate/startup background all welcome).
• Excellent written & verbal communication (English proficiency is a must).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and MS Office skills.
• Professional, discreet, and proactive team player.
