Job Description

Role of the EA The role involves proactively taking care of Managing Director’s office work in a planned and organized manner.

Key Deliverables

  • Organize and Manage MD’s calendar
  • Manage his appointments and meetings
  • Manage his travel itinerary
  • Arranging review meetings of department’s heads
  • Manage his personal accounts and expense
  • Drafting internal and external correspondence
  • Handle and interact with clients in his absence
  • Ensure all confidential and sensitive information is securely handled
  • Maintain office systems and processes

Reporting to Managing Director

Experience 3-4 years in Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role

Qualification Graduate in any field

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
