We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Personal Manager/Assistant to support the day-to-day personal and professional activities of a busy individual. The ideal candidate will manage accounts, coordinate schedules, assist with errands, and oversee various personal and administrative responsibilities. --- Key Responsibilities: Personal & Executive Support Manage daily schedules, calendar appointments, and reminders Coordinate personal and professional meetings, travel, and events Handle personal errands and tasks as needed Accounts & Finance Maintain and track personal accounts, payments, and budgets Coordinate with accountants, banks, vendors, and service providers Prepare reports and reconcile financial records regularly Administrative Duties Manage documentation, emails, and communications Maintain files, receipts, and records in an organized manner Liaise with household staff, vendors, and contractors Task & Project Coordination Follow up on personal and business tasks and ensure timely completion Help manage small projects, purchases, and other assignments Maintain confidentiality in all matters
