Job Description

Organize and maintain the calendar of the executive, ensuring appointments and meetings are scheduled appropriately. Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding on behalf of the executive when required. Draft and proofread communications such as emails, letters, and reports. Assist with planning and organizing events, meetings, and conferences. Prepare necessary documents, materials, and presentations for meetings or events. Manage office supplies, maintain records, and ensure the smooth running of the executive’s workspace. Handle confidential information with discretion. Support with personal tasks such as appointments, errands, and other ad-hoc requests. Assist with various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed. Research and gather information as needed for specific projects. Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Foster positive relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
