Urgent Hiring EA to MD (Personal Assistant)
Location - Thaltej, Ahmedabad
A leading company dealing in Intellectual Property/ Patent /Trade mark is looking to hire an EA to MD.
Responsibilities
~Manage the Managing Director's calendar and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, presentations, and reports.
~Act as a point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
~Manage the task allocation/ followups / map performance of all the employees of the organisation
~Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Manage and maintain records, files, and documents
~Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events
Conduct research and gather information as required
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Managing Director
~Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director and the entire team
