Job Description

Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director

  • Manage the Directors calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth decision-making.
  • Plan and coordinate business trips, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Organize internal and external events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Handle personal errands and tasks related to the Directors schedule or commitments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 37 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
