Personal Assistant

You will be working as a Personal Assistant in Mohali, providing high-level administrative support to the Managing Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include accompanying the MD on official travels, managing and updating the MD's daily schedule, maintaining task records, arranging meetings, handling queries in the MD's absence, and facilitating communication between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Accompany the MD on official travels when required. - Manage and update the MD's daily schedule, making timely adjustments. - Maintain task records and prioritize based on urgency. - Arrange meetings and represent the MD when necessary. - Handle queries in the MD's absence. - Ensure smooth communication between the MD and stakeholders. Skills: - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). - Proficiency in MS Office. - Maintaining confidentiality of data. Traits: - Adaptable. - Proactive. - Quick learner. Requirements: - Any Graduate. - Age up to 30 years. - Notice Period: 0-15 days. - Experience: 0-2 years.
