Job Description: You will be responsible for maintaining all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects. In addition, you will assist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for the monthly managers meetings and other executive meetings. You will also be required to deliver and pick up business-related correspondence in the immediate geographic area. Furthermore, you will work collaboratively with the executive administrative team to create spreadsheets and presentation information for trade shows and meetings. Finally, your role will involve preparing the conference room for sales presentations and staff meetings. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in maintaining records and providing administrative support - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in creating spreadsheets and presentations - Ability to work effectively in a team environment Additional Details: The job type for this position is full-time with a day shift schedule.
