About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-presented female Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative, communication, and coordination support. The ideal candidate should be educated, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality while managing day-to-day tasks with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize notes, documents, and daily schedules
• Assist in routine office tasks and personal administrative work
• Handle calls, emails, and basic communication on behalf of the employer
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel plans
• Maintain confidentiality in all professional matters
• Prepare basic reports, summaries, and follow-up documents
• Provide support in planning and executing work-related activities
• Ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and task management

Required Qualifications

• Must be educated (minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred)
• Should have good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Must be smart, presentable, and confident
• Good personality and positive attitude
• Ability to take notes quickly and accurately
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Google Docs)
