Personal Assistant Female Only

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
• Maintain and organize files, documents, and records.
• Assist with basic administrative and personal tasks (such as delivery coordination, office errands, or purchases).
• Prepare simple reports and maintain data in Excel, Word, or Google Sheets.
• Provide basic online or social media assistance if required.
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and Bengali (verbal & written).
• Basic computer knowledge — MS Word, Excel, Email, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Punctual, honest, and able to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualification:

• Minimum B.A pass .
• Previous experience as a personal or office assistant is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM]
• Sundays off or as per company policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
