Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily operational activities of the business Generate, manage, and track professional invoices and related documents Maintain schedules, appointments, and communications Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team members Handle email and phone correspondence professionally Support in administrative tasks, reporting, and follow-ups Maintain confidentiality and manage personal errands as needed Requirements: Proven experience in administrative or operations roles Strong knowledge of invoice generation and basic accounting practices Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and email communication Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks independently and efficiently Trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications: Experience in handling business operations or personal assistance Familiarity with tools like Tally, Zoho Books, or similar invoicing software
