Not good Company..After cleared all round of interview with the Hr Discussion (Rajesh Behara&Lekha Das) . I have sent the documents as well . But even they didn't update . if any body get call from Persistent Systems be carefully. Just they are doing time pass with your time.

Not a great company in Bangalore. Not sure how in Pune. Cleared 3 rounds of tech interview (Total 3+ hours of tech round ) and the final round HR he asked to write code and show it working. What ever i wrote, said he disagree and keep on arguing How will you manage a team if you dont know how to write code correctly.

They mostly hire for job openings at client location. You can undergo the interview if you are okay to get deputed in client location with Persistent payroll. They involve delayed interview process.
