Job Title: Periodontist (Fresher) – Kannada & English Speaking Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year) Language Requirement: Proficiency in Kannada & English (Mandatory) Reporting To: Senior Periodontist / Clinical Director Job Summary: We are looking to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Fresher Periodontist to join our advanced dental clinic in Bangalore . The ideal candidate should be fluent in Kannada & English, havea passion for periodontal therapy, and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care. This is a great opportunity for recent MDS graduates to gain clinical experience and mentorship in a modern, patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform scaling and root planning, flap surgeries, gingivectomy, crown lengthening , and other periodontal procedures Assist in implant surgeries and periodontal regenerative techniques under senior supervision Communicate effectively with patients in Kannada and English about oral hygiene, periodontal treatment plans, and post-op care Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and treatment notes Follow strict protocols for sterilization and infection control Stay up to date with the latest techniques in periodontology Qualifications: MDS in Periodontology from a recognized DCI-approved dental college Registered with Karnataka State Dental Council (KSDC) Fluent in Kannada and English (mandatory) Strong clinical knowledge and willingness to learn advanced techniques Good interpersonal skills and patient communication abilities Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of LASERs , bone grafting , and implant dentistry Familiarity with digital records and imaging tools (e.g., RVG, CBCT) Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary dental team What We Offer: Fixed monthly salary with opportunity for performance-based incentives Mentorship from experienced Periodontists and Implantologists Hands-on experience with diverse periodontal and implant cases Supportive work environment focused on professional growth Opportunity to work with advanced dental technology Working Hours: [10:00 AM – 8:30 PM]Clinic Location: Sujays Dental Care, 1st block , 3rd phase, Landmark - Opp. Kathriguppe, #55, Water Tank Rd, Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560085 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
