Job Title: Endodontist (Fresher) – Kannada & English Mandatory Location: Bangalore, India Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year) Languages Required: Kannada (Fluent) & English (Fluent) Compensation: Fixed Basic Salary + Performance-Based Incentives Reporting To: Clinic Head / Senior Dental Surgeon Job Summary: We are hiring a Fresher Endodontist to join our progressive dental team in Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent MDS graduate looking to gain clinical experience in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Kannada and English, have a passion for patient care, and a strong foundation in conservative dentistry and endodontics. We offer a fixed basic salary along with attractive incentives based on performance and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Perform root canal treatments and assist with retreatments and post-endodontic restorations Diagnose and manage pulpal and periapical diseases effectively Communicate clearly with patients in Kannada and English regarding treatment plans, procedures, and aftercare Collaborate with general dentists and specialists on complex cases Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical protocols Ensure high standards of sterilization and infection control Eligibility Criteria: MDS in Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics from a recognized dental college (DCI approved) Registered with Karnataka State Dental Council (KSDC) Fluent in Kannada and English (mandatory) Good clinical and diagnostic skills Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a patient-centric team environment Preferred Skills: Knowledge of rotary endodontics, apex locators, and rubber dam isolation Familiarity with dental operating microscopes (optional for fresher) Basic knowledge of RVG and dental software systems Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer: Fixed monthly salary (based on interview) Attractive incentives based on number of cases/procedures Mentorship from senior Endodontists Exposure to advanced dental technologies and a variety of clinical cases Friendly and professional work culture Working Hours: [e.g., 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM] Location: Sujay's Dental Care 1st block , 3rd phase, Landmark - Opp.Kathriguppe, #55, Water Tank Rd, Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560085 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
