Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance testing plans to identify bottlenecks in software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement.
Develop and maintain detailed reports on test findings, including metrics such as throughput, response time, and resource utilization.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for improving application performance.

Job Requirements :

5-9 years of experience in performance testing using tools like Neoload.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and ability to work closely with developers.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Experience working in an Agile environment with iterative delivery methodologies.
