Performance Testing

As a Performance Testing Engineer at Hitachi Solutions India Private Limited, your role will involve analyzing business scenarios, understanding non-functional requirements, and evaluating service level agreement objectives. You will design test scripts, identify parameters for testing, establish checkpoints, and design workload models. Your responsibilities will also include executing performance tests, using consistent metrics for monitoring, identifying bottlenecks, interpreting results and graphs, and suggesting performance tuning solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business scenarios - Understand non-functional requirements - Evaluate service level agreement objectives - Design test scripts - Identify parameters for testing - Establish checkpoints - Design workload models - Execute performance tests - Use consistent metrics for monitoring - Identify and locate bottlenecks - Interpret results and graphs - Suggest performance tuning solutions - Prepare test reports Qualifications: - Demonstrated capability to drive Test Strategies in a global organization - Strong understanding of Oracle Database architecture and concepts - Knowledge of JVM tuning based on test results - Experience working on Linux/Unix - At least 7+ years of experience in Performance Testing - At least 4 years of experience in Performance Testing with expertise in HP LoadRunner & JMeter - At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Technology d365 In addition to the above, the company, Hitachi Solutions, prides itself on the creativity and success of its employees.
