Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop JMeter test plans for load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
Create and manage test components such as samplers, controllers, listeners, timers, and assertions.
Execute performance and API tests and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to define performance benchmarks and acceptance criteria.
Integrate JMeter tests with CI/CD pipelines for continuous performance testing.
Prepare detailed performance test reports with findings and recommendations.
Ensure test scripts are maintainable and follow best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with Apache JMeter.
Solid understanding of performance testing concepts.
Experience in API testing and result analysis.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git.
Good analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud-based testing.
Exposure to scripting for test customization.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
