Hiring: Performance Testing / Performance Engineering

Experience:

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute
JMeter scripts
for APIs, UI, and batch processing
Perform stress, soak, and endurance testing for high-volume banking transactions
Monitor response times, TPS, error rates, and infrastructure utilization
Support bottleneck analysis and performance reports
Basic banking domain knowledge preferred

Key Performance Focus Areas

API & UI performance KPIs (Latency, TPS, Page Load, TTI)
Infrastructure capacity & availability (>99.99%)
Database performance for
Flexcube / LOS / LMS
migrations
