Job Description

Design, develop, and execute performance test plans
using tools such as JMeter or Locust.
Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks
in systems and applications.
Simulate various load scenarios
to measure system responsiveness and stability under stress.
Work closely with developers, DevOps, and QA teams
to ensure performance benchmarks are met.
Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines
using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Deploy, monitor, and analyze performance tests
on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Write custom scripts in Java or Python
to extend test capabilities and perform test automation.
Document test results, provide recommendations, and support teams
with tuning and optimization.

What are we looking for

Proficiency in one or more performance testing tools: JMeter, Locust, Gatling, etc.
Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
Strong scripting skills in Java or Python.
Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and web technologies.
Experience with monitoring and analysis tools like Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, or CloudWatch is a plus.
