Performance & Social Media Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Performance & Social Media Marketing Specialist who can independently handle our digital marketing strategy and execution end-to-end. You will be responsible for managing social media presence, running paid ad campaigns, and generating high-quality leads while also coming up with fresh content ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and manage organic social media content (posts, reels, stories, engagement).
• Create visually appealing graphics and edit videos using Canva (or similar tools).
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI and lead quality.
• Monitor and manage marketing budgets efficiently.
• Suggest and implement new growth strategies and content ideas to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams (if needed) for content, offers, and creative ideas.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in running Meta and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Proficiency in Canva (graphic & video editing).
• Good analytical skills and ability to manage budgets.
• Creative mindset for content ideation.
• Copywriting skills are a plus.
• Strong ownership mindset; able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
