Performance Marketing Team Lead

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive for our corporate client in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Your expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads will be instrumental in driving successful campaigns that deliver maximum ROI. You will work closely with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and continuously identify new growth opportunities across digital channels. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms. - Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI. - Conduct keyword research, create ad copies, perform A/B testing, and optimize landing pages. - Manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve targeted KPIs and conversion goals. - Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. - Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives. - Identify new opportunities for growth across digital channels. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing. - Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook/Instagram Ads. - Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking. - Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
