Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

• Understand client goals (sales, leads, brand awareness) and translate them into campaign objectives and platform-specific KPIs.
• Create comprehensive media plans with budget allocations across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.).
• Recommend targeting, messaging, creatives, and landing page strategy for maximum conversion.

2. Campaign Execution & Management

• Set up and launch campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Studio.
• Optimize ad copies, creatives, bidding, and audiences in real time.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing across creatives, placements, and CTAs.

3. Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track campaign performance daily using platform dashboards and analytics tools.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Ensure campaigns deliver on CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other key metrics.

4. Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with creative, media buying, and analytics teams.
• Provide inputs to design team for ad creatives that convert.
• Coordinate with account managers to align performance with client goals.

5. Tools & Platforms

• Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Meta Ads Manager (Facebook + Instagram)
• Google Analytics / GA4, Tag Manager, UTM tracking
• Campaign dashboards (Data Studio / Looker, Excel, Super metrics, etc.)

Preferred candidate profile

25 years of experience in running performance marketing campaigns.

• Deep understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, etc.).
• Proven success in scaling campaigns with strict ROI goals.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in e-commerce / FMCG / app-based campaigns is a plus.
• Google Ads and Meta certifications preferred.
