Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across

    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

    and

    Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)

  • Track performance and scale campaigns based on KPIs such as

    ROAS

    ,

    CTR

    ,

    CPA

    , and

    CPM

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and daily performance tracking
  • Manage monthly budgets and bid strategies to ensure high campaign efficiency
  • Coordinate with creative/content teams for ad creatives and copy
  • Regularly generate campaign performance reports with insights and action plans
  • Stay updated on ad platform changes and digital marketing trends

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Google and Meta paid ads
  • Proven track record of running successful campaigns (minimum 3 lakh/month budget exposure preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on with

    Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager,

    and

    Google Tag Manager

  • Excellent communication, reporting, and collaboration skills
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
