Performance Marketing/ Media Planning (Meta/ Google)

As a Performance Media Planner / Performance Marketing / Media Planning at our company, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) platforms. Your role will be crucial in driving successful outcomes for our clients and internal brands. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and oversee paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. - Collaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams to develop effective campaigns. - Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimizations for conversions, ROAS, and CPL. - Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages. - Generate campaign performance reports and derive insights using analytics tools. - Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in digital advertising platforms. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in managing Meta & Google Ads campaigns. - Proficient understanding of paid media KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPL, etc. - Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. - Data-driven mindset with a focus on extracting campaign insights and optimizations. - Ability to handle multiple campaigns across various industries or verticals. Additional Details: Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting is a plus. Previous work experience in a creative/digital agency setting is advantageous. Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint would be considered a bonus.,
