As a Performance Media Planner / Performance Marketing / Media Planning, your role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) platforms. You will be instrumental in driving results for clients and internal brands. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. - Collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to develop high-performing campaigns. - Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for conversions, ROAS, and CPL. - Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages. - Generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools. - Stay updated with trends and updates in digital advertising platforms. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-3 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns. - Strong understanding of paid media KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPL, etc. - Proficiency with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. - Data-driven mindset with a focus on campaign insights and optimizations. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns across various industries or verticals.
