Performance Marketing Manager

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Katyayani Organics, you will be responsible for leading digital marketing initiatives across paid channels to drive customer acquisition and maximize return on investment. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media channels. You will manage budget allocations, analyze campaign performance data, and conduct A/B testing to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including content, design, and product is key to ensuring brand consistency and alignment. Additionally, tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics and PPC initiatives will be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, along with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising. A proven track record of managing successful large-scale paid ad campaigns, proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics, as well as strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills are essential. Excellent communication and project management abilities are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience in the agriculture or FMCG sector and certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
