Role Overview

What you’ll own

• End-to-end management of

  Google Ads & Meta Ads

• Campaign planning, execution, scaling, and optimisation for

  Conversions and ROAS

• Budget allocation and scaling across campaigns, audiences, and creatives
• Identifying and scaling what works, killing what doesn’t — fast
• Clear weekly insights on performance, learnings, and next actions

Must-have experience (non-negotiable)

• 2–3+ years

  of hands-on professional performance marketing experience
• Proven track record managing

  multiple live campaigns

  simultaneously
• Strong command over

  Google Ads & Meta dashboards

• Clear understanding of campaign structuring, audience targeting, creative testing frameworks and scaling vs saturation

• Experience in EdTech, Consumer Apps, or Consumer AI is a strong plus
