About the Role:

We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with 3+ years of hands-on experience in running high-performing ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both lead generation and eCommerce campaigns, especially within a digital marketing agency environment. Experience handling international clients/projects is a must.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience running Google & Meta ads (lead gen and eCommerce).
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is mandatory.
• Proven experience working with international clients/projects across various geographies.
• Demonstrated success in managing lead generation funnels and eCommerce ROAS-focused campaigns.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
• Deep understanding of paid media metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, CPM.
• Skilled in audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies.
• Ability to analyse and optimize campaigns based on performance data and business goals.
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
