Performance Marketing - Manager - First Games

As a Performance Marketing Manager, your main responsibility will be to create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across various channels such as social media, affiliate networks, OEMs, and DSPs with the aim of driving revenue and increasing ROI. You will need to analyze campaign performance data to extract insights that will guide strategic decisions and optimizations. Working closely with MMP and data teams, you will identify performance issues and conduct root cause analysis to address them effectively. Developing easy-to-understand reporting or visualization dashboards will be essential to communicate complex analyses related to demand funnels, marketing planning, budgeting, ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs. Additionally, you will collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test innovative strategies and drive quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels. To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in a quantitative marketing position focusing on social media, affiliates, or other performance-oriented channels. A deep understanding of data analysis and modeling is crucial for identifying actionable insights and sharing them with stakeholders. Your analytical skills should enable you to uncover opportunities within complex datasets and translate them into operational strategies. A successful track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns while maintaining a strong emphasis on ROI is highly desirable. Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills are essential for this role. A critical and creative mindset, combined with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, will be beneficial.
