Job Role

● Managing client projects end to end including audience research, competitive research, creative research, campaign creation, ongoing optimization and reporting

● Managing client communication directly to build strong relationships with them and being able to explain the rationale for your decisions and getting their approvals on plans

● Doing cross-platform ads analytics and decision making from it to keep growing each brand

● Learning from other team members and sharing your knowledge with them to create a high performance eco-system

● Delivering growth and ROI to clients as per each brand's goals

● Understanding what makes and conceptualizing high converting campaigns and landing pages basis customer behavior analysis

● Guiding clients on other channels of marketing that can improve their growth continuously learning and becoming a top 1% performance marketer (yes, legit this is a serious responsibility as a part of your job and we will help you get there).

You'd be a perfect fit, if you:

● Love marketing and advertising.

● Love ideating and experimenting frugally and growing brands..

● Have expertise in Google or Meta ads or both and want to grow further into the same.

● Are highly data-focused in your research and decision making.

● Love collaborating with multiple people to ideate creative ways of marketing a brand.

● Understand CRO and the value of optimizing the website to improve ad performance.

● Have excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including creating and delivering effective presentations and marketing reports.

● Love setting big goals and taking them down strategically.

● Love taking responsibilities and managing multiple priorities.

● Have good expertise on GA4, Looker Studio, MS Excel.
