Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth on Meta and Google primarily .
• Drive KPIs like CPLs, CPQL, Mid-funnel metrics and have a ROAS mind-set.
• Bring best practices of creative and landing page optimizations. Prefer to have case-studies from his/her previous companies on the impact you have driven through this
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, content, and analytics to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
• Manage budget allocation and ensure efficient use of resources to maximize ROI and ability to deliver results as planned

Required skills :

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience in performance marketing and PPC advertising. This role is primarily focused on execution on platforms, so should have demonstrable experience of hands-on management of campaigns at scale.
• Preferably having 3 years of agency experience in driving performance campaigns for lead gen business (edtech preferred) or handled an ecommerce brand for a minimum of 2 years in an IC role.
• Preferably have experience of running campaigns in India market
• Proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving ROI targets through performance marketing campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Native ad platforms, Google Tag Manager and relevant analytics tools.
• Should have managed monthly budgets of 30 lakh per month min.
• Good hands on knowledge of MS Excel and Google sheets
• Prefer if you can come to an interview with a lot of data on the challenges/ problems you have solved and the impact in numbers
