Location: Sector 83, Gurgaon (Onsite)

Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 6 Days a Week

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid marketing initiatives for our courses and coaching programs. The role focuses on driving webinar sales, optimizing funnels, and managing end-to-end campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive course & coaching program sales through webinars.
• Hands-on with Meta & Google Ads, funnels, landing pages, and remarketing.
• Optimize webinar registrations → conversions → ROAS.
• Manage automation (email, SMS, WhatsApp) to maximize conversions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in performance marketing, especially in education, coaching, or webinar-based sales.
• Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta, Google).
• Experience with funnel building, remarketing strategies, and conversion optimization.
• Familiarity with automation tools for email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset with focus on ROAS and conversion tracking.
