Performance Marketing Intern

●Support the performance marketing team in campaign planning and execution across platforms (Google, Meta,etc.).
● Assist in day-to-day tasks including keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign tracking.● Help monitor paid campaign performance metrics and flag any irregularities.● Conduct competitor research and market analysis to gather insights for campaign optimization.●Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of assets.● Prepare basic performance reports and dashboards to track campaign outcomes.●Learn about budget allocation, campaign pacing, and ROAS tracking from senior team members.● Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and performance alignment.● Stay updated with performance marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements●Strong interest in performance/digital marketing.
●Basic understanding of paid marketing channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.● Familiarity with metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS is a plus.● Willingness to learn tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc.● Comfortable working on Excel/Google Sheets for basic data handling.●Good communication and organizational skills.●Passion for data-driven marketing and campaign execution.●Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (optional, but a plus).
