Role Overview

Performance Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and extract actionable insights.
• Support keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget handling.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, copies, and landing page refinements.
• Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Conduct competitor research, trend analysis, and help prepare weekly performance reports.
• Assist in building dashboards, campaign tracking sheets, and optimization logs.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Interest or familiarity with the travel & tourism sector is a plus.
