Performance Marketing Intern

Role Overview: As a Performance Marketer at Maximise Media, you will play a crucial role in the Digital Marketing department. Your primary focus will be on driving ROI for brands through data-driven strategies. You will be responsible for managing performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram, with a strong emphasis on conversion. Key Responsibilities: - Manage conversion ads campaign on Facebook & Instagram, leveraging your minimum 2 years of experience in this area - Execute E-Commerce sales campaigns on Instagram, as it is a mandatory requirement for this role - Oversee Google Ads Management for performance-driven campaigns, drawing from your minimum 2 years of experience in this field - Utilize your Google Ads certification (preferable) to optimize campaigns and track key metrics effectively - Handle Ad Management for brands across different industries, showcasing your versatility and expertise in this domain Qualifications Required: - At least 2 years of agency experience in performance marketing on Google, Facebook, and Instagram - Strong background in E-Commerce sales campaigns on Instagram - Proficiency in Google Ads Management with a focus on performance-driven campaigns - Google Ads certification is preferable - Knowledge of key metrics and trackers for Google Ads optimization Additional Details: Office Location: Phase 2, Sikendarpur, Gurugram (FULL TIME IN OFFICE MANDATORY) If you are passionate about leveraging data to drive ROI for brands, well-versed in terms like CPC, CTR, and ROAS, and have the required experience in performance marketing, we would love to hear from you.
