Performance Marketing Intern

About Inkstall
We’re a fast-growing EdTech building the Inkstall Student app (Focus Mode, Paper Tracker, Rewards) and center-led tutoring.

You’ll do

• Assist in launching and optimizing Google Ads / Meta / YouTube campaigns for installs and leads.
• Build keyword lists, negatives, and ad groups; write & test creatives.
• Set up GA4 + GTM events; maintain UTM hygiene and weekly reports.
• Run app-install experiments (creative, audience, placements).
• Support local (Mumbai) radius campaigns and school-wise targeting.

Must-haves

• Basic comfort with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Sheets/Excel.
• Strong copy instincts for headlines & hooks.
• Numbers-first mindset; learns fast; loves A/B tests.
• On-site availability (Mumbai).

Good-to-have

• Basics of ASA/UAC, Play Store listing edits, creative tools (Canva/PS).
• Any exposure to AppsFlyer/Adjust or mobile attribution (nice, not mandatory).

KPIs you’ll touch

• Cost per install (CPI), cost per lead (CPL), CTR, CVR, ROAS (where applicable).

Quick screening task (30–45 min)
Pick one feature (Focus Mode or Paper Tracker). Propose:

• 10 keywords (+ 10 negatives), 2) 5 ad headlines, 3) 2 descriptions, 4) a basic campaign structure and expected KPI.
