Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing paid search and social media advertising campaigns with a focus on achieving business objectives, such as increased engagement, lead generation, and sales.

Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time adjustments to optimize results.
Develop strategies to maximize ad spend and ROI while meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks.
Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and SEO initiatives.
Analyze performance data and provide insights and comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging ad visuals and copy.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and updates in PPC and paid social platforms.
Manage budgets and forecast spending trends to ensure alignment with client goals.
Liaise with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into effective ad strategies.
Manage and allocate budgets across channels.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience in managing search and paid social media advertising.
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
