Performance Marketing Executive

**Role Overview:**

Paisabazaar is seeking two experienced Performance Marketing Executives with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, including mandatory hands-on experience in CRM marketing channels such as Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, etc. The role demands a data-driven mindset and a strong understanding of the user journey to drive measurable growth across paid and owned channels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate platforms.

* Manage and optimize CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push) with the goal of driving engagement, retention, and conversion.

* Collaborate with the content and product teams to craft personalized and automated CRM journeys.

* Analyze campaign performance across paid and CRM channels using tools like GA4, Appsflyer, and internal BI dashboards.

* Execute A/B testing across CRM and performance campaigns to continuously improve metrics like CTR, Open Rate, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.

* Own and manage budget allocation, campaign pacing, and performance tracking.

* Ensure compliance with data privacy and opt-in regulations across CRM touchpoints.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Minimum 3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing with hands-on exposure to both paid channels and CRM marketing.

* Proficiency in managing CRM tools/platforms (e.g., MoEngage, WebEngage, Clevertap, Netcore, etc.) is mandatory.

* Strong understanding of campaign optimization, retargeting, audience segmentation, and multi-channel marketing.

* Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and working knowledge of analytics tools like GA4, Appsflyer, and Looker Studio.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. Certifications in Google Ads/Facebook Blueprint/CRM tools are a plus.

* Experience in BFSI or fintech sectors is preferred.
