Performance Marketing Executive-Media Planning

The ideal candidate will have a analytical bent of mind with experience in Meta and Google Ads. They will be able to conduct insightful research to establish a performance marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable executing paid campaigns, optimization techniques and improve its outcomes. Excellent understanding of ROAS across categories. Hands on knowledge of media planning tools, understanding of media buying and also having strong hold with numbers driven via logic.

Responsibilities

• Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
• Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
• Develop content of marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on current trends
• Manage and allocate budget correctly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 3 to 5years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
• Strong ability to focus on ROAS / core KPI of any campaign
• Prior agency work experience is a must
