Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display), Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and real estate portals.
  • Develop full-funnel strategies tailored for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.

2. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

  • Own end-to-end performance marketing funnels, optimizing cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost per-booking (CPB).
  • Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to track, analyze, and improve lead quality and ROI.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards to analyze campaign performance and extract actionable insights.
  • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with recommendations for optimization.

4. SEO & SEM Coordination

  • Work with the content and tech teams to ensure strong SEO strategies align with SEM campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis specific to the real estate domain.

5. Creative & Content Collaboration

  • Brief and coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and A/B testing.
  • Ensure content resonates with real estate buyers and aligns with project USPs and brand tonality.

6. Budget Management

  • Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring maximized ROI within allocated spends.
  • Forecast campaign performance and justify spends with data-backed insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 24 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 1 year in the real estate sector.
  • Proven success in running data-driven digital campaigns with measurable impact.
  • Deep understanding of real estate buyer behaviour and decision cycles.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager.
  • Hands-on with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with lead tracking and CRM integrations.
  • Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis tools proficiency is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
