Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Director located in New Delhi. The Performance Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for our D2C website, ensuring high-conversion landing pages, performing market research, and managing marketing plans. A minimum of 8 years of experience, with a majority experience in D2C is necessary.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in performance marketing
• 8 years of experience in performance marketing
• 5 years of experience with fast-scaling D2C brand, preferably in BPC.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven track record of scaling scales beyong 2-3CR MRR.
