Job Summary:
The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms. The goal is to drive leads, conversions, and ROI through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· - Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
· - Create ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to maximize results.
· - Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for conversions and cost efficiency.
· - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
· - Track, measure, and report campaign performance against KPIs.
· - Stay updated on paid advertising trends and platform changes.
· - Collaborate with design and content teams to produce impactful creatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
· - Minimum 1 year of experience in paid ads and performance marketing; freshers with knowledge of ad platforms can also apply.
· - Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
· - Analytical skills with understanding of Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
· - Ability to manage budgets and optimize for ROI.
· - Creative and strategic mindset with attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
