You’ll:Launch & optimize paid campaigns (Meta/Google)Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, and funnel conversionsCollaborate on creatives, landing pages & WhatsApp flowsOwn dashboards, attribution, and pixel setupsYou bring:2–3 yrs hands-on performance marketing experienceFluency in Hindi, Hinglish & English flowsData chops + spiritual sensitivity to messaging
