Content & AI Strategy

• Write, design, and publish content for blogs, social, email, and website.
• Use AI tools to speed up ideation, creation, and optimization without losing originality.
• Continuously experiment with new AI tools to stay ahead.

Email Marketing

• Create, design, and execute campaigns end-to-end (templates, automation, workflows).
• Segment lists, run A/B tests, and improve performance based on data.

Paid Advertising

• Set up and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Do the keyword research, ad copywriting, and budget management yourself.
• Deliver measurable ROI and share performance insights.

Video Creation

• Script, shoot, and edit short- and long-form video content.
• Work hands-on with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).

Graphic Design

• Create campaign visuals, social posts, banners, and presentations.
• Work independently on tools like Adobe Suite or Canva.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance with Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
• Generate insights and take corrective action proactively.

WhatsApp Marketing

• Design and implement WhatsApp campaigns for engagement and lead generation.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and platform policies.

Requirements

• 13 years of real hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Comfort with AI marketing tools and automation.
• Strong skills in

  execution

  : writing, editing, designing, ad setup.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO, social platforms, and analytics tools.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Location: Okhla Phase 2

Timing: 11:00am-8:00pm

Monday-Saturday(last Saturday of every month is off)
