Performance Marketer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, results-oriented, and experienced in generating qualified leads for the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, lead generation, and conversion.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
• Manage and track budgets across multiple channels efficiently.
• Monitor key performance metrics (CPC, CPL, CTR, CPA) and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
• Set up and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in performance marketing.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in the real estate sector).
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
