Junior Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, display ads) for quality lead generation.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and support optimization efforts to improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop data-driven strategies.
• Compile campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements

• 0.5–1.5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with performance marketing and lead generation.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, PPC, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and contribute to campaign decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to fast-paced environments, and manage time effectively.
